The 5th edition of the Kata Rocks Poker Run made waves on Saturday, 14 December 2024, delivering another unforgettable day of high-energy action on the water.
With a distinct ‘Miami Vice’ flair, a fleet of speedboats and luxury tenders set off to circumnavigate Phuket, collecting playing cards at five scenic checkpoints along the route – including an exciting new stop at Phuket’s floating beach club, YONA. This year also saw the introduction of a Wild Card draw, adding a fun twist of unpredictability to the game and shaking up the final hands.
The day was packed with adventure, friendly rivalry, and unbeatable camaraderie, all set against the island’s stunning tropical backdrop. From the lively pit stops to the cool-down BBQ and poolside beers at Kata Rocks, KRPR 2024 was a bold celebration of speed, style, and serious fun.
